Description of Service

Unwrapped is a personal music analytics platform that allows you to upload your Spotify Extended Streaming History and view detailed statistics, insights, and visualizations about your listening habits.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person - do not create multiple accounts

Account Security

  • Keep your password secure and do not share it
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Acceptable Use

You May:

  • Upload your own Spotify Extended Streaming History
  • View and analyze your personal music statistics
  • Export your data at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data

You May Not:

  • Upload data that is not your own
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • Data Accuracy: We process the data you provide but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness
  • AI-Generated Content: The "Get Exposed" feature uses AI and may produce inaccurate or humorous results

Termination

By You

  • You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your data will be removed from our systems

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Violate applicable laws

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
